Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
- Minimum Delivery Time - 7 days
- Maximum Delivery Time - 10 days
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the shipment.
Damages & Issues
- We take great care in packaging your artwork to prevent damage.
- If your item arrives damaged, please email us at nirmitibynidhi@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include photos of:
- The damaged product.
- The outer packaging.
- We will replace the item or issue a refund based on the situation.
Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we ship only in India.
ReplacementÂ
- Replacements are not accepted for custom artwork or commissioned pieces.
